We maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy at Urban Fresh. Reservations that are cancelled less than 48 hours from the time of service will be charged in full.

Please be aware that because the time some jobs take or the traffic conditions we may arrive 30 to 60 minutes early or late to an appointment. We will try our best

to keep you informed via SMS if your mobile number is left on the booking page.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
